Flue Gas/Waste Heat Dryer for Environmental Protection, Chemical, Food and Other Industries
Working Principle and Core Structure
The belt dryer operates on a continuous processing principle. Wet material is evenly distributed onto a stainless steel wire mesh or perforated plate conveyor belt via a feeding system. Driven by transmission mechanisms, the belt moves slowly through sealed drying chambers divided into multiple independent units. Each unit features dedicated hot air circulation, heating, and dehumidification systems.
Hot air (drying medium) contacts the material through vertical penetration (through-flow) or horizontal blowing (cross-flow), facilitating efficient heat and mass transfer to evaporate moisture. The system optimizes thermal efficiency by partially recycling exhaust gases mixed with fresh air while discharging excess humid air.
