Working Principle
Wet material enters through the feed inlet and moves forward horizontally under excitation force from vibrating motors. Simultaneously, heated clean air penetrates upward through a perforated plate at the bed bottom, suspending material particles into a fluidized state that enables efficient heat and mass transfer. After moisture evaporation, vapor discharges through multi-stage dust removal systems while dried product collects at the discharge outlet.
The system comprises feeding mechanisms, vibrating fluidized bed body, hot air systems, exhaust and dust removal systems, and PLC automatic controls. Critical parameters including material layer thickness, vibration amplitude, hot air temperature, and residence time feature stepless adjustment for continuous production optimization.
