Product Introduction
Fluidized bed drying, also known as fluidized bed, is composed of air filter, heater, fluidized bed main unit, cyclone separator, bag dust collector, high-pressure centrifugal fan, and operating table. Due to the different properties of the drying materials, the dust removal equipment can be considered as needed. You can choose cyclone separator, bag dust collector, or one of them. Generally speaking, for materials with larger specific gravity such as granules and granules, only cyclone separator is needed. Small granular and powder materials with lighter specific gravity need to be equipped with bag dust collector, and pneumatic feeding device and belt conveyor are available for selection.
Particle-like solid materials are added to the fluidized bed dryer by the feeder. After the filtered clean air is heated, it is sent to the bottom of the fluidized bed by the blower and contacts the solid materials through the distribution plate to form fluidization to achieve gas-solid heat and mass exchange. After the material is dried, it is discharged from the discharge port, and the exhaust gas is discharged from the top of the fluidized bed and discharged after the solid powder is recovered by the cyclone dust collector group and bag dust collector. Steam, electric and hot air furnaces can be used (matched according to user requirements).
Working principle
Clean hot air is distributed into the bed through the valve plate, and the wet material entering from the feeder is boiled by the hot air. Since the hot air is in extensive contact with the material, the heat and mass transfer process is enhanced, so it can be dried in a relatively short time. If the continuous type is used, the material enters from one end of the bed, and after boiling and drying for tens of seconds to several minutes, it automatically flows out from the other end of the bed. This equipment generally operates under negative pressure.
Applicable materials
◎ Drying operations of pharmaceuticals, chemical raw materials, food, grain processing, and feed. For example: drying and dehumidification of raw materials, tablet granules, Chinese medicine granules, health foods, beverage granules, corn germ, feed, plastic resin, citric acid and other powdered materials. The particle size of the applicable material is generally 0.1~6mm, and the particle size is 0.5~3mm.
Installation instructions
◎ Each device needs to be placed flat, fixed with foot screws, and each component is well sealed.
◎ The fan can be placed outdoors or in a self-built soundproof room. The floor plan can be adjusted according to specific circumstances.
