Citric acid (CA), also known as citric acid, has a molecular formula of C₆H₈O₇. It is an important organic weak acid. It is a colorless crystal, odorless, easily soluble in water, and its solution is acidic. In biochemistry, it is an intermediate in the citric acid cycle (tricarboxylic acid cycle), which occurs in the metabolism of all aerobic organisms. Citric acid is widely used as an acidity regulator (GB2760-2014), flavoring agent and chelating agent.
Working Principle
The material enters the machine from the feed inlet. Under the action of vibration force, the material is thrown along the horizontal fluidized bed and moves forward continuously. After the hot air passes through the fluidized bed upward and exchanges heat with the wet material, the wet air is discharged by the exhaust air at a ratio of 1:3 after dust removal by the cyclone separator. The dry material is discharged from the discharge inlet.
Applicable materials
It is suitable for drying and cooling of powdered and granular materials in the chemical, pharmaceutical, food, dehydrated vegetables, grain, mineral and other industries. Such as: citric acid, monosodium glutamate, borax, ammonium sulfate, compound fertilizer, shredded radish, soybean meal, lees, seeds, slag, sugar, etc.
Performance characteristics
◎The vibration source is driven by a vibration motor, which runs smoothly, is easy to maintain, has low noise and long service life.
◎The fluidization is uniform, without dead gaps and blow-through phenomena, and uniform drying and cooling products can be obtained.
◎Good adjustability and wide application. The thickness of the material layer, the speed of movement in the machine and the change of the full amplitude can all be adjusted steplessly.
◎ Little damage to the surface of the material. It can be used to dry fragile materials. Even if the material particles are irregular, it will not affect the working effect.
◎ Fully enclosed structure is adopted. It effectively prevents cross infection between materials and air, and the working environment is clean.
◎ High mechanical efficiency and thermal efficiency, good energy saving effect, can save 30-60% energy compared with general drying devices.
