Brief Analysis of the Operating Procedures of the Boiling Granulator

Operating procedures and daily maintenance of boiling dryer Huanteng granulator is mainly used for mixing, granulating, drying, particle "fixed spray" coating and other operations of powder materials in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical and other industries.

 

How to operate the fluidized bed granulator correctly

1. Preparation work before production 1.1 Check whether the tools used in production are complete and clean, and whether the components of the fluidized bed granulator are intact.
1.2 Check whether the steam and compressed air are supplied normally.
1.3 Check whether the materials fed are complete, whether the quantity, product name, and batch number are consistent with the production instructions, and whether the appearance is qualified.
2. Operation
2.1 Turn on the power supply of the fluidized bed granulator control box, open the compressed air valve, and adjust the gas pressure (0.5-0.6 MPa).
2.2 Set the air inlet temperature as needed (first press the 3-second setting key, then press the plus and minus keys to the required temperature, and finally press the 3-second setting key to set the temperature).
2.3 Put the prepared granules into the hopper, push the hopper into the box, and push the inflation switch after the hopper is in place. The upper and lower air bags enter 0.1-0.15 MPa compressed air to make the upper and lower hoppers in a sealed state.
2.4 Open the manual stop valve for heating gas in and out.
2.5 Press the start button of the induced draft fan. After the fan starts, press the start mixing button to start mixing and drying.
2.6 The air inlet temperature slowly rises to the set temperature through the automatic control system. When the air outlet temperature rises to about 60℃, the material is about to dry.
2.7 If the particles are uneven during the drying process, it is necessary to stop the drying, pull out the hopper to turn the particles, and then push them in for drying.
2.8 Take samples to determine whether the moisture content of the particles meets the requirements.
2.9 After the drying degree of the particles meets the requirements, pull out the cool air door switch and cool the materials with clean cold air for several minutes.
2.10 Press the fan stop button to stop the fan and mixing at the same time (electrical interlock), push and pull the capture bag lifting cylinder several times, and shake the accumulated materials on the bag into the hopper.
2.11 Pull out the inflation switch, and wait for the airbag sealing ring to deflate and recover before pulling out the hopper.

2. How to maintain and service the fluidized bed dryer
1. Daily maintenance of fluidized bed dryer
1.1 Before each operation, the operator of the fluidized bed dryer should check whether the steam valve, compressed air and various range meters are normal.
1.2 Check whether the upper and lower airbag seals are raised and whether the flat head screws are loose to avoid damage when the material cart is pushed in.
1.3 Check whether the blades of the hopper are too tight. The blades are too tight and the resistance of the material will increase the transmission load of the mixing motor, causing the transmission bump to break or the motor to burn.
1.4 Check whether the air pressure of the upper and lower airbag seals is below 0.1-0.15mpa. Too high air pressure can easily cause the seal to burst. Too low air pressure can not play a sealing role and cause powder leakage, affecting production efficiency and drying quality.
1.5 Check whether the compressed air pressure is too high:
1.5.1 It is easy to cause the impact of the hot and cold air door cylinders to be too large, causing the air door joint to break or the sealant to be damaged, and air leakage to affect the drying effect.
1.5.2 The thrust of the cylinder of the bag cabinet is too large, and the push rod is easily bent.
2. Regular maintenance of the boiling dryer
2.1 Regularly clean the medium-efficiency filter bag once a month, enter from the air outlet of the jubilant machine, loosen the structural screws, take out the net bag, soak it in detergent for 30 minutes, then rinse and dry it with clean water.
2.2 Regularly clean and lubricate the gearbox in the mixing equipment.
2.3 Regularly add lubricating oil to the transmission gear of the material car and fill in the equipment lubrication record.
