Product Description
Potassium Permanganate Processing Solutions
We specialize in fluidized bed dryers and other large-scale chemical machinery and equipment. Inquiries are welcome.
What is Potassium Permanganate?
Potassium permanganate (KMnO₄) is a strong oxidizing agent that appears as blackish-purple crystals with a bluish metallic luster. This odorless compound can explode upon contact with certain organic substances or easily oxidized materials. It is soluble in water and alkaline solutions, and slightly soluble in methanol and sulfuric acid. Potassium permanganate is widely used as an oxidizing agent in chemical production processes.
Vibrating Fluidized Bed Dryer Introduction
A vibrating fluidized bed dryer is a high-efficiency drying equipment that utilizes mechanical vibration to assist material fluidization. Primarily used for drying and cooling granular or powdered materials in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries, this equipment features energy efficiency, uniform drying performance, and convenient operation.
Working Principle
Materials enter the machine through the feed inlet. Under vibration action, the material is continuously thrown forward along the horizontal fluidized bed. Hot air passes upward through the fluidized bed, exchanging heat with wet material. The humid air is discharged through the exhaust fan (1:3 ratio) after dust removal by a cyclone separator. The dried material is discharged through the outlet.
Suitable Materials
Ideal for drying and cooling powdery and granular materials across multiple industries including chemical, pharmaceutical, food, dehydrated vegetable, grain, and mineral processing. Example materials include: citric acid, monosodium glutamate, borax, ammonium sulfate, compound fertilizer, shredded radish, soybean meal, distiller's grains, seeds, slag, and sugar.
Performance Characteristics
Vibration source driven by vibrating motor ensures smooth operation, convenient maintenance, low noise, and long service life
Uniform fluidization eliminates dead zones and blow-through, resulting in evenly dried and cooled products
Highly adjustable and widely applicable with infinitely variable material layer thickness, in-machine movement speed, and full amplitude variations
Minimal material surface damage, suitable for drying fragile materials with irregular particle sizes
Fully enclosed structure effectively prevents cross-contamination between materials and air, ensuring clean working environment
High mechanical and thermal efficiency delivers excellent energy savings of 30-60% compared to conventional drying equipment
Steam, Natural Gas, Electric Heating, Heat Transfer Oil, Etc.
