The drum scraper dryer is a continuous drying equipment in the internal heating and conduction. The rotating drums are adhered to a thick material membrane through the lower part of the groove, and the heat is transmitted to the inner wall of the drum through the pipeline, transmitted to the outer wall of the drum, and then transmitted to the material membrane. Materials with wet scores are dry. The dry material is shovel away from the scraper on the surface of the roller, and it comes from the spiral conveyor placed below the scraper. The dry material is concentrated and packaged through the spiral conveyor.
◎ High thermal efficiency. Due to the heat transmission of the dried dried machine of the drum scraper, the heat transfer direction is consistent in the entire operating cycle. ◎ Great drying rate. Because the coating membrane is very thin in the tube wall, it is generally 0.3-1.5mm, and the heat transmission and mass transmission direction is the same. The surface of the material membrane can maintain the evaporation of 20-70kg.h2O/m2.h.
The installation of this machine is installed according to the general diagram, and the ground should be flat. The pressure gauge and safety valve should be installed at the import of the steam pipe.
Adapting material
◎ It is suitable for the drying of liquid or more sticky materials in chemical, dyes, pharmaceuticals, food, metallurgy and other industries.
◎ Regularly check the flexibility of rotating the rotating parts and whether there is a stuck. Pitch and other components should be regularly added with lubrication, and regularly correct metering devices such as the pressure gauge. The severe wear of the triangle with transmission parts should be replaced in a timely manner.

After the machine is installed, the trial transportation experiment should be performed first
◎ Click the main motor to observe the main drum turning correctly.
◎ Observe whether the main roller and each passing component rotate flexibly, observe whether the steam import and export are connected, and whether the pressure gauge is within the work pressure range.
◎ Start the motor. The main roller runs smoothly. After adding the temperature, add the material and adjust the motor speed and the uniformity of the material on the roller to control the material^.
◎ Start the Ganglong Motor, output dry finished materials, and adjust the speed of the Ganglong motor according to the amount of dry finished product volume.
