Granular activated carbon introduction:
Granular activated carbon is divided into fixed and unshaped particles. It is mainly made of coconut shells, fruit shells and coal, and is processed through a series of production processes. The products are widely used in drinking water, industrial water, brewing, waste gas treatment, decolorization, desiccant, gas purification and other fields. Granular activated carbon uses high-quality anthracite as raw material and is refined and processed using advanced technology. It has the appearance of black unshaped particles; it has a developed pore structure, good adsorption performance, high mechanical strength, easy repeated regeneration, low cost and other characteristics; it is used for purification of toxic gases, waste gas treatment, purification of industrial and domestic water, solvent recovery and other aspects.

Product introduction:
This machine is a continuous flow drying equipment, which is used for drying flake, strip, and granular materials with good air permeability. It is particularly suitable for dehydrated vegetables, Chinese herbal medicine pieces and other materials with high moisture content and high temperature. This series of dryers has the advantages of fast drying speed, high evaporation intensity and good product quality. For dehydrated filter cake-like paste materials, they can also be dried after granulation or making into sticks.
Performance characteristics:
◎ The air volume, heating temperature, material residence time and feeding speed can be adjusted to achieve the ideal drying effect.
◎ The equipment configuration is flexible, and the mesh belt flushing system and material cooling system can be used.

Working principle:
The material is evenly spread on the mesh belt by the feeder. The mesh belt is generally made of 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire mesh and is dragged by the transmission device to move in the dryer. The dryer consists of several units. The hot air of each unit circulates independently. Part of the exhaust gas is discharged by a special dehumidification fan. The exhaust gas is controlled by a regulating valve. The hot air passes through the mesh belt covered with materials from bottom to top or from top to bottom to complete the process of heat and mass transfer and take away the moisture of the material. The mesh belt moves slowly, and the running speed can be freely adjusted according to the temperature of the material. The dried finished product falls into the receiver continuously. The upper and lower circulation units can be flexibly equipped according to user needs, and the number of units can also be selected according to needs.

Dehydrated vegetables, pellet feed, monosodium glutamate, coconut flakes, organic pigments, synthetic rubber, acrylic fiber, medicines, medicinal materials, small wooden products, plastic products, electronic components without aging and curing, etc.
