Operating Principle
Material is evenly distributed onto stainless steel mesh belts (12-60 mesh) via feeder systems. The dryer comprises multiple independent units, each with dedicated hot air circulation and humidity control systems.
Hot air passes through the material layer from either top-to-bottom or bottom-to-top configurations, facilitating efficient heat and mass transfer. The belt speed is adjustable based on material characteristics, ensuring optimal drying conditions throughout the process.
